Are Criminal Children Victims?

I Despise You
After more than ten years of extreme gang-stalking with an ideological twist, spanning five addresses and two countries, I despise anyone who has participated in this crime against me. However, there’s one group of monsters I’m not sure how to categorize or feel about:
The children.
When Criminal Children Are Crimes Against Children
Children cannot choose the parents they are born to. They have no control over the criminal choices their parents make. They have very little, if any, say in the mind-numbing, libelous brainwashing their parents might make them consume and accept.
In most houses the gang-stalkers have camped out in since 2018, there have, as far as I know, been children. These children have thus been exposed to and have lived in an environment where it is the prerogative of people employed by, or formerly employed by, the Danish state to hunt, humiliate, violate, and destroy women at will. These children have thus learned, by living, thatviolating women is the prerogative of monsters.
I believe the above should be categorized as unhealthy living conditions for children.
If the Danish police force and prosecutors cared about the lives of these children, they would not have ignored my request in 2020, as they did. They would have stopped this setup, rather than ignoring the fact that monsters are shaping the next generation of monsters in the Danish suburbs.

Growing Monsters in the Danish Suburbs
There is no doubt in my mind that the children will become dangerous if they are allowed to continue down the path their parents have chosen for them. If they continue to live in environments where violent and sadistic men are worshipped and venerated, where targeting and destroying women is normal behavior, and where extreme acts of sadism are entertainment, they could soon be beyond redemption.
